Plugin Boutique currently accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Maestro and AMEX as well as payments via Paypal. We DO NOT accept cash, bank transfers, cheques, gift cards or PayPal Credit. The customer agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges (including any applicable taxes). All prices are unit prices.

3. Currency

All payments are made in Great British Pounds (when based in the UK), Euro (when based in Europe) and United States Dollars (when based in the US & Rest of the World). Prices displayed in Japanese yen are only an approximation and the actual exchange rates applied by the banks at the time of purchase may vary.

4. Termination of Rights by Plugin Boutique

Plugin Boutique may at any time lose the right to distribute and sell selected products. Should such a case occur you will no longer be able to access and download such products from your account and they will no longer be listed in the Plugin Boutique catalogue.

5. Limitation on Sales

The Plugin Boutique online shop sells products to end customers only. Music dealers, distributors, wholesalers and any other businesses purchasing products in the Plugin Boutique online shop with an intent to resell them may be refused access and sale of products. Plugin Boutique may discontinue its offers on free products at any time and without notice.
Coupon codes cannot be used on sale items.

9. The right to challenge a transaction

Plugin Boutique reserves the right to challenge the legal standing of a transaction under sufficient circumstances. In such case, the user will be contacted by Plugin Boutique staff individually to confirm his/her identity. Failure to verify a user's identity will result in cancelling the challenged order. A challenged order is open for validation for 30 days after the transaction.

16. Rent to Own

If you choose to purchase a product through a Rent to Own payment plan, you will be purchasing a month-to-month license for the duration of the plan. Upon completion of the Rent to Own plan, if all instalment payments have been made without any refund, chargeback, or payment issues, your monthly license will be converted into a perpetual license once your final payment has processed.

If you cancel or pause your Rent to Own payment plan, you will forfeit your month to month license to the relevant product, and your access to the product will be suspended until you restart your Rent to Own payment plan. You will not receive a perpetual license to the relevant product until you have made the final payment necessary to complete your plan.

If you have purchased a product with a Rent to Own payment plan, Plugin Boutique will process a recurring payment each month for duration of your plan, or until you cancel or pause the Rent to Own payment plan. Aside from any free trial, one payment will be required every 30 days in order to continue to use the product. Your subscription status will be checked at least once every 3 days to confirm your Rent to Own payment plan is still active.

By purchasing a license for a product on a Rent to Own payment plan, you agree to Plugin Boutique charging your payment method each month for the price of one instalment until the complete price of the product is paid off, unless you cancel or pause your Rent to Own payment plan.

You authorise Plugin Boutique to charge the payment method on file with our recurring payment provider to pay for any instalments. We will charge your payment method for the instalment each month on the day corresponding to the date you started the Rent to Own payment plan. If no such date exists in a given month, then the charge will be made on the last day of that month.
