The History Of The Rock: Part 1
60s Rock Riffs is focused on the sounds and styles of 1960s, the decade in which rock music was truly born. This collection takes you from the rhythm and blues influenced rock and roll of the early 60s through to the more raucous blues and psychedelia influenced styles of the later 60s. The guitar is the star of the show but is complemented with full drum and bass parts for instant inspiration in a convenient ‘Instrument Series meets Construction Kit’ combination format.
Riffs From The Birth Of Rock
Built from just under 3GB of samples and nearly 1000 individual loops, 60s Guitar Riffs is organized into 25 musical kits. Each of these offers a main riff section and a dedicated outro section. The main riffs loops are up to 24 seconds in length. The 25 kits span tempos from 80 to 130 BPM and a number of different keys but, with Elastik’s powerful tempo and pitch manipulations options, kits within the library could easily be combined as different sections within a song to create more complex musical arrangements.
Includes Complimentary Bass And Drums
Within each kit, three guitar parts are included. These provide two different performances of the main riff plus a complimentary part that has a stronger lead guitar emphasis. All guitar parts are provided as separate loops with both amp and DI versions available in each case. A separate stereo loop contains the same performances with the guitars panned left/right and center. This loop also includes effects such as 60s-style reverb for a mix-ready option. Both bass and drum loops are also provided for each main and outro performance. The bass loops are supplied as both amp and DI versions for full flexibility. A pre-mixed stereo drum loop is included but separate loops for bass drum (both mic in and mic out options), snare drum (with snare top, bottom and trigger provided) hihat, ride, toms, overheads and room mics are also provided for those that want full control over their drum mix.
