For a year and a half, Wavelet Audio's goal was to create an audio tool that allows you to control all aspects of writing such kind of music.
Before creating Senfine, Wavelet were exploring the virtual instruments market trying to find alternative ways to create a unique high-quality collection of sounds that would stand out from anything else. They decided to combine all the tools into one sample library which features a collection of deeply sampled instruments in cinematic ambient and post-rock genres. They aimed to design hi-end ready to use tool to expand your creativity at an affordable price, with a mission to inspire new musical possibilities.
Senfine is influenced by the styles of composers and artists such as Hammock, Tony Anderson, Lights & Motions, Jon Hopkins, Explosions In The Sky, Sigur Ros, Ólafur Arnalds, This Will Destroy You and many more.
Engine
Wavelet Audio have designed and built a powerful engine for Senfine library from scratch. As programmers and private libraries developers, they decided to add a variety of unique and high-class tools such as equalizer with graphical representation inside GUI, atmosphere designer, all-controls related macros, LFOs and many more. It has an intuitive interface, which allows the user to shape the sound much further making deep and rich sonic architecture. Basically, you don’t need to read the manual to use the library, but it is highly recommended that you do if you want to learn all the possibilities of Wavelet Audio's engine.
