Developed as a MIDI sequencer plugin, RIFFER generates random riffs to be used with both software and hardware instruments, with 53 scales to use as a starting point for creating new melodies for your projects.

The standout feature of RIFFER is its high degree of usability. The central box of the plugin’s interface features two simple but incredibly powerful tools that allow you to easily change up the number of octaves that your melody utilises, as well as the starting note. Above this area, you can find 12 notes where you can choose the key of your scale and alter the number of notes in the melody.
RIFFER also has a helpful collection of additional features for streamlining your compositional process, whilst providing a variety of new approaches to melody writing. The randomize button at the top of the plugin is great for serious cases of writer’s block, whilst Infinity mode is an excellent way to cycle endlessly through melodic ideas until you hear something you like.
